Properties are scored based on UN Housing Ombudsman criteria for adequate housing. Color-coded rankings (9+: Excellent to 1-2: Inadequate) help students make informed choices.
Submit verified reviews while staying completely anonymous. We cross-reference with proof of address, public records, and other sources to ensure accuracy without compromising your privacy.
We use your feedback to campaign for change. Present data to pressure groups, parliament, and universities to secure government approval, funding, and better housing laws for students.

Most student accommodations are purpose-built and not covered by renter reform bills. Ground 4A allows property repossession in 4 months if full of students. No direct laws regulate student accommodation.
51% of student rent consumes their entire maintenance loan. 25% pay significantly more than their loan. Purpose-built accommodation is not affected by rent caps or fee limits.
Our rating system is based on Article 11 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights—the UN definition of adequate housing. Everyone deserves safe, affordable, habitable housing.
